She has appeared for major corporates and is an expert in company, real estate, and women-centric Laws. She has around 24 years of experience in various disciplines of law including litigation, corporate consultancy, and real estate laws.
One of our significant areas of practice is property law and she is considered an expert in real estate laws including those related to property development, joint ventures, apartments/or its owners' associations and the firm has many apartment owners' associations in their client list.
CAREER PROFILE: She started her career with her father, Adv. P. S. Ramachandran Pillai in 1998 and later became the junior of Retd Judge K. Ramachandran. She is the Founder of Nextlegal Society, a legal aid society formed to empower women and children. NLS Legal Aid Society in the past has conducted many workshops in connection with rules and regulations related to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work Place) and also has done seminars aiming to empower women to overcome the fear of the stigma attached to harassment whether physical or emotional.
