CAREER PROFILE: She has started her career with her father, Adv. P.S. Ramachandran Pillai in the year 1998 and later became the junior of Retd Judge K.Ramachandran.She is the Founder of Nextlegal Society, a legal Aid Society formed to empower women and children. NLS Legal Aid Society in the past has conducted many workshops in connection with rules and regulations related to POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work Place) and also has done seminars aiming to empower women to overcome the fear of the stigma attached to harassment whether physical or emotional.
